Appointments For Framing Consultations
To manage our workload and to serve our clients best we choose to work by appointment. Please call or e-mail to make your appointment. We are available for consulation Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 5:00 pm.
Note: No appointment is needed to view any gallery shows or to pick up completed framing.
Turnaround
Exhibition - Preliminary discussions should begin no later than 4 weeks prior to your install. Any work requiring custom made product will require a minimum of 4 weeks.
General - Our usual turnaround time is 2 weeks but this depends on our workload. Any work requiring custom made product will require 4 weeks.
Corporate/Hotels (anything over 50 units in the same design) - Preliminary discussions should begin no later than 2 months prior to your install.
Note: Rush orders can always be accommodated but generally receive no discount.
All framing orders or art sales require a 50% deposit and payment in full upon completion or collection. Galleries and institutions can apply for 30-60 day terms.
